The Cancionero de Palacio, written around 1510 is the greatest collection of Spanish secular music, with many songs that have become classics. These little pieces are very varied, with a couple of outrageously sardonic numbers (Dale si le das and Calebaza no sé), and the exquisite Tres morillas.
