You have 14 days to cancel digital content purchases unless the download has started and you have acknowledged this.
Your Consumer Rights – goods
- Up to 30 days: if goods are faulty, you can get a refund.
- Up to 6 months: if they cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a refund in most cases.
- Up to 6 years: if goods do not last a reasonable time, you may be entitled to some money back.
Your Consumer Rights – digital content
- Faulty content: entitled to repair or replacement.
- If not fixed: you may receive a partial or full refund.
- If damage occurs: you may be entitled to compensation.

C. Ordering from us
- You place an order by adding items to your basket and completing checkout.
- Digital products are available immediately after payment. Physical items are posted.
- Please check your order before submitting.
- You must ensure your device supports digital downloads.
- We acknowledge orders by email, but this is not acceptance.
- We may reject orders due to:

- payment issues;
- legal restrictions;
- quantity limits;
- pricing errors.
- A contract is formed when we send a confirmation email.
D. Right to cancel – non-business customers
- You may cancel within 14 days.
- This does not apply to digital downloads once started.
- Cancellation must be communicated clearly (email or post).
E. Right to cancel – business customers
Business customers do not have cancellation rights.
F. Digital downloads
Once downloading begins, you lose your right to cancel.
G. Effects of cancellation
- Refunds include standard delivery costs.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days.
- You must return goods within 14 days.
- You bear return costs.
H. Digital content delivery
- Downloads are available after payment.
- Content may be delivered in instalments.
- If issues occur, we will restore access as soon as possible.
I. Licence to use digital content
- Content is licensed, not owned.
- It is personal, non-exclusive, and limited to your use.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify it beyond permitted use.
J. Delivery of goods
- We use postal and courier services.
- Delivery times are in your confirmation email.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery.
K. Payment
- We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards.
- Payments are secure but not guaranteed against third-party breaches.
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT.
L. Nature of goods
- Goods must meet statutory quality standards.
- Packaging and appearance may vary slightly.
- Discounted goods will be clearly marked.
M. Nature of digital content
- We aim to provide defect-free content.
